I'm sure most everyone who is a regular here has seen @allakuk up-voting and posting brief comments. It's pretty telling that by viewing their wallet, it's not a very profitable venture. Kudos to the @steemit team for an algorithm that seems to penalize this behavior.

I've seen it. I guess my point is that as long as the algorithm is correct, the problem will solve itself. Pretty elegant.
