i found out what actually is going on.. 3 bot accounts doing spamming via posts also spam via flagging other accounts posts... crazy shit... bot flagging shouldnt be even possible. i think the whole concept of flagging is flawed anyway
The whales are coders. So they have 'auto-matic' content makers. Also vote brigades. And the bot flagging you mention, to destroy any content they feel is not worthy of steem. "with bitcoin there is no reason for censorship anymore aside from trying to control other people". The solution is not follow, or not up vote. The flag thing has just alienated X% of the non-whalers.
