Ya I've been searching for clarification on this. I started with roughly 24 delegated. It was halved at some point and slowly has been going up by like 0.01 every couple of days. A couple weeks ago I learned that I've been voting too much so I stopped hoping my delegated steem power would return to 24. I realise they may not be directly related. It's been sitting at around 12 for a while now.
