New here, but got this far down from yallapapi's cool post. I had no idea Steemit was/is like this. I'm in (an apparently naive) pursuit of an anarcho-capitalist place of high-integrity posts, with the intention of bringing over a few people from FBook. My learning curve is turning out to be steeper than anticipated. Any suggestions for 'success' besides providing useful content? Something that lifts the curtain ? Thanx in advance,

i think the best advice would be to find your niche and stick to it. I'm here to write fiction, and occasionally politics about ecology or communism. decide what your blog will be about it try to do your best. It will be disheartening when you put in work and get no reward. one way to avoid this is to use bots.
-make posts from 1pm - 5pm NYC time
-use good images
-catchy headlines
-participate in writing competitions
-decide if you want to use bots or not
-consider investing in some STEEM to power up your account
good luck
