With becoming a new member of steemit I did a bit of research into the growth and comunity size .
With over 7million monthly users it would seem that Steemit has its feet well and truley rooted and is here to stay. A small blip on the radar compared to Facebook users topping over 2.9billion users a month.
Thats just a minute 0.0467% of global internet users compared to the likes of Facebook that have a staggering 19.507% of global internet users.
With crypto currencies becoming a prefered asset in the younger generation could this spell a huge increase of users migrating to the Steemit space?
Steemit has an average of 800,000 page views compared to facebook that has nearly 4 billion page views a day.

Basically do the same thing as Facebook instead you make money. It will only take time before it replaces Facebook.
Exactly that! The youth of today are far more aware that other options are just on the horizon. Taking responsibility for curation and deligating credit to a subject that they feel passionate about seems like an honest way to filter the BS.
