When I first saw this post on Instagram that Saudi Arabia banned taking photos and making videos at Makkah and Medina, I thought this is the best decision ever. Finally, Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Ministry announced the ban through a diplomatic note sent to foreign representatives in the country.

Because people have turned the Holy Masajid into vacation and publicity destinations. Instead of worship and letting others do the same they spend all their time showing off. I back this decision- Fully. Taking photos and making videos is a distraction for worshippers. Alhamdulillah, for every good intention to travel to hajj. May Allah make it possible for Muslims who struggle to afford the costs to travel. I always believed in "Good things take time" so here we are.

The ban extended to all sorts of footage using any devices for any purpose.

So what do you think about this decision? Share your opinions in the comment below! let me know what do you think.

Whilst I'm not a Muslim, might seem a little off to comment on this matter. However, as a human being whom have a religion, I do agree to an extend of respect. May be they can establish a rule of engagement? Like for documentation purposes are allowed? Am just saying. Say anything you like @tipu curate

government is God. rule by force is good so long as its "government" that rules. obey the master slaves. or we will extortion you. we'll do that anyways but if you deny us our money we'll cage you up. and cage or kill you if you resist. long live government.
