The concept of cryptocurrencies is a new one and is quickly gaining traction. Anyone who can't see this new wave of technology coming better be ready. The best part about investing in cryptocurrencies though, is that there's an easy way to increase the value of the investment. If you believe in the project and share it with your friends and family rather than treating it as just an investment the project will quickly gain support and the crypto price will rise! This also helps you stay away from scam ICO's because you're not looking to make a quick buck. You want to help support a project with good goals and get a seat on the rocket as a bonus.
As more and more people join Steemit we could replace blogs ran by google and certain posts on reddit. Firstblood will help organize a group of the market that needs broad organization and it's best for that organization to be decentralized. It would be interesting to see Status take over as a main messenger and payment system although I'm still waiting on the iPhone app. As projects get more support it will attract even more support and rush along what we all know will happen anyway.

This frame of mind is best for developers as we can further along these projects by helping the team or creating our own applications using the provided APIs. Golem is very promising in this respect along with Nimiq. I just wanted to make this post to let everyone know how much I like the idea of us supporting projects and getting them users in order to make a potential profit and get a good product out of it.
