RE: Helsing: Governance Ideas (Good/Bad whales needed)

I couldn't finish reading the post. I have to scream this to you. This kind of thing will destroy steemit. Some may stick around for a while, but in the end such has destroyed every society yet created. The application of force to make human beings do anything is a violent crime.

If you really want real change from your bad actors your have to find a way to educate all. There is no other solution. Everyone can learn enough to recognize what is good for steem and the truth is if they can't they will never get enough voting power to be a problem.

I understand your frustration. I even get that you have good intentions. Sadly steemit won't be the first society that ended because of good intentions and it is likely that it wouldn't be the last either.

After thinking about it. Raise the funds in the same way and create post that educate users on how the system works. Reward people for learning how not to harm the community. That is the only way to solve this problem, because it really is a problem of innocence + ignorance = bad actors.
