Wow I am glad you have brought this to the floor for discussion, as this could potentially lead to bigger and bigger issues over time, as if it is already not a huge concern... this sort of domination needs to be accounted for because we are all here for the same reason, it is not fair that one user or a few highly dominate users take so much of the reward pool... this will just discourage users like me to say the hell with steemit.
