Thank you for your kind comment. Indeed sending mass memo's is being perceived by some people as spam. I noticed it. Somehow we all accept bots spamming our wallets, but we hate when humans do that. I could never understand that fully.
Whether you had some sort of financial arrangement with those people is not clear, but I have clicked on a few of them and read them though it is not my general practice.

I'm not sure who I could have financial arrangement with. I've been sending memos worth 0,003 steem. Which isn't really that much. Surely not enough to consider it a bribe :)

This sounds like you did arrange to share the delegation with @steemchurch, but what exactly were the terms?
The idea I had was quite straight forward: I wanted to build some trust between few community leaders. Including those managing @steemitbloggers. So I decided to help @SteemChurch and I got @help.venezuela on board. Plus since I realized how much pressure there is to win that 20k delegation I came with simple solution: if SteemChurch would win then decent part of that 20k SP delegation would be reditected to help few 2-3 communities (especially SteemitBloggers).
I figured that this would allow us to "bond" and hopefully would help to build a healthy relationship between us.
Was this in exchange for spamming people's wallets with messages to read posts that encouraged upvotes? If not, then what exactly was the arrangement?
Personally I wasn't supposed to receive anything for my support (not directly). That wasn't my goal.
I'm investing in people. I strongly believe that knowing valuable people within this industry is worth so much more than anything else. Once market will recover - it will allow to create business opportunities for myself and many of those who follow me. At least this is what I chosed to believe.
