Everyone knows that ice cream is worth the trouble of being cold. Like all things virtuous, you have to suffer to gain the reward.
What gets you distracted?..Is it really worth it?..Or is it something you just do for fun and achieve nothing at end.
For me, Steemit has not only been so addictive, but also a huge source of reward for our passion...
We all have a thing or two that always gets our attention. Maybe addicted to that person we love so much, or we get addicted to football, smoking and drinking. And sometimes we get so addicted to these things to a level that, going through a day without involving them can kill us. ''As we believed''.
I don't know the level of passion you have for steemit, or how addicted you are. But i believe if people can get so addicted to instagram, twitter and facebook which potentially has no benefits, Then your favourite distraction shouldn't be anything else than steemit.
I've been addicted and distracted by so many things myself, but it has never been this addictive, and the level of distraction has never been this high. i used to think i was so addicted to facebook when i didn't know of steemit '' NOW WHO DOES FACEBOOK ?''. If anyone else is having that time. Definitely not me. I've been on other social media for years but i can't mention a single thing i've gained or learned from it.
Steemit is very different from every other platform i've been involved with. Steemit teaches you how to be original, the moment you realize that you don't copy and paste here, and people pay less attention to your post when you don't give in your best. You have no choice than to go back to your gym and start working on yourself.
The greatest reward any writer can have is the day when someone rushes up to you, his face bursting with honesty, his eyes afire with admiration and cries, "That new story of yours was fine, really wonderful!.
Steemit sparks up the fire in you, it gives you a reaward for your passion. We have our jobs here, and our job is reaching out to people, giving out those little articles of ours, and it goes a long way in affecting others out there. and that's more of a reward for passion.
I believe no man has ever been rewarded world's richest man for sleeping away his every day and night. Work diligently. Work hard. Focus. Perform as if you are at the Olympics. One day, unexpectedly, it will start paying off.
Often times, passion is driven by Love and the more time you put in something that you enjoy and love the most is the more you become better and better at it. It doesn't matter how small it might seem. Steemit gives us this opportunity to showcase our passion by getting more deeper into what we love doing most. And the interesting part is, it gives us a reward for our passion.
So let Passion Drive you Profession., if you can believe it You can achieve it.
