I have always seen OrignalWorks bot as a stamp of original contents and a reward for the people that put their efforts to create something original !
As you explained, it was (in some cases) inefficient and has some bugs that it needs to be fixed but I think that it should not be shuted down as the community growth, it will need the collaboration of work for the three bots that detects plagiarism @cheetah, @steemcleaners and @originalworks !
