SteemReports Has Some Interesting Tools

in #steemit8 years ago (edited)

The things you can see if you only think about what you can see.

I was browsing the Steemit Apps Center and decided to look at SteemReports.com. Since SteemWhales.com hasn't been updated since November, I figured I might find a way to show other information in my monthly summary.

Who's voting for me?

The Steem Account Votes gives you several tools to see who is voting for you or against you. You can get an idea of who your biggest voters are using the Votes Graph.

And if the simple view isn't enough, you can look at the Enhanced plot.

Who's voting for me most?

Or check by Top Voters to get even more perspective.
Hey @everittdmickey!!

But, apparently I'm still my 2nd best voter. Oh, well.

Who are the biggest voters?

There are all sorts of charts you can see. You can even find out who are the biggest voters for the day.

Apparently @bue is a very generous voter. @bue has upvoted a couple of my articles. The account was created in April 2016 and only have a few articles, not many comments or replies. But, @bue has 67,859.162 in Steem POWER and I guess everyone wants a piece of that.

Also, on the Top Voter list are voting bots like @upme, which is related to @upyou bid voting bot and I would assume owned by @suggeelson.

Where's the money going?

Another tool on Steem Reports allows you to how STEEM/SBD are being transferred around. So, you can see where the bid bot whales put their money.

Anyway, STEEMit is all about capitalism.

Who's having a flagging war?

Of course, there's nothing like a good ol' whale ware to keep things interesting.

It is sad to see that one founder of Steem is highly flagged while the other his a high flagger. That just seems a bit authoritarian.

I pointed also pointed out @dtube and @dsound. Are these services using their benefactor percentages to downvote people?

Like most other apps on STEEM, including esteem, dtube, dsound, dmania, utopian and zappl to name a few, we intend to use benefactor rewards to help run SteemPress. The benefactor rewards is currently set to 10%. In comparison, Dtube and Utopian both take 25% benefactor rewards while Zappl takes 15%.

That doesn't seem right.

Oh well, I'm just a little Minnow in a Whale pond. Thanks Steem Reports for providing the information.

Thanks for the heads up Dean. I spend most of my time on the web looking at crypto news and trends so this info was very helpful, and i understand i must focus more on Steem than i do.

I think these reports help us focus on those who support us with their upvotes.
