Ingredients

1 young chickens
7 grains of red onion
4 cloves garlic
3 candlenuts
1 cm ginger
2 cm turmeric
A little nutmeg
3 seeds of Angkak
5 cm cinnamon
To taste sweet soy sauce
to taste salt, pepper powder, powdered broth
Oil for sauteing

Step
