The best solution to avoid losing your post in the face of this recent challenges is to:
Use an external Markdown editor (either online or offline) to compose, edit, and save your posts. Then u can copy and paste it on steemit.
Refer back to the above point.
You can use Google to research about the best markdown editor for you.
For me, I use markdownx on Android.
I really hope and know that the current issue facing the platform will be soon resolved.

I had been using the same method to the majority of my posts. It just so happens that I wasn't able to copy-paste the last two and a few ones lately since those posts are usually the ones that I do for keeping myself busy and not really the serious tone blog entries.
Also, the first time I had lost a blog post months ago, I had a back-up of the article and the post just really didn't upload here and it finally appeared on the 6th or 7th time.
