Having heard that latest steem release 14.0 was reverted by majority of witnesses...
"We have reverted the changes to vote balancing from 0.14.0. Voting power and vote weights are unaffected in this release."
Arguments for and against were heard for vote power distribution and it would be great to know which witnesses voted for/against the latest hard fork. Where can we find this answer, so that we can vote for witnesses that we prefer?
