I have a couple / three to add:

With a high SP, over 2,000 and feel empowered to flag / downvote people just because you feel like it, but you shouldn't.

With a high SP, over 2,000 and feel empowered and threaten people or putting people down, but you shouldn't.

With a low SP, less than 200, and feel empowered and threaten people or putting people down, but you shouldn't.
