Haha! Cracking post mate, honestly spot on.

Now I feel like I'm being judged for every word I write... :P

That one that is copied (deadspace to mithuj) is actually hilarious/insane.

Makes me cringe a little bit that people think that is good enough to fool people.

I've only been on Steemit for about a week and, whilst I'm loving it, something I have noticed is a hell of a lot of comment spam.

It's actually something that's been putting off a few of my mates who I'm trying to get started on here. To the uninitiated it kind of suggests the community is a bit shit. Obviously that's not really very fair but I can see why they think that.

To be fair a lot of the ones I have seen have been a lot less sophisticated than your examples with no attempt made to cover their tracks.

Just simply "good post, follow me" or whatever. It's mad...
