I personally think its high time that bots were banned is there an easy way of doing this or are we doomed to life with bots posting within seconds just to get curation points.

lol! It's a bot and two other bots upvoted it! So sad watching something that could be so cool getting ruined by greedy idiots.
They get downvoted and have negative reps.(I'm reffering to the number 6 next to the name in your case and 2 in mine) I think they'll roll out a feature in future to ban all accounts with -ve numbers.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
