I've been upvoting every comment on all my posts, except for what looks like spam, though I may try to engage with them if I feel they just don't know what they're doing is not acceptable here. I upvote nearly all the replies to my comments, too. If I'm going to upvote, I do nothing less than $0.03, which is currently 20%, and I go up according based on the content of the comment. Rarely does the vote go above $0.06-$0.08.
