Achievements also provide tangible evidence that colleagues, competitors and the wider world use to judge you as more or less successful. So after reading your post I judge that you are more successful person.

Thanks for a detailed comment. I did not mean to show myself as a successful person. I just wanted to share my progress so that someone can get some motivation and start working. Then I shared my lessons.
