Problem: 2 days ago I created a content, I realized I didn't upvote it so I wanted to vote it or comment on it. But I get the following error.
For some reason the following picture is also not being shown, when I curate this content. Something is bogging down the steemit systems right now, it so appears.
posts that have been paid are not in upvote again ...
sure, but can new people vote on it? What happens if I continue to get votes from people even after getting paid?
