Hopefully, something positive happens soon for the sake of all content creators. I'm really sad to see many talented, or potentially talented, creators quit, give-up, or simply sell-out in order to 'make it' on YouTube and social media platform in general.

I miss the times where people were making content purely out of their creative desire rather than just following trends and making video in order to get the most views and or money 😔.

And as you've mentioned, YouTube's algorithm and policies are only limiting creativity by creating a sense of worry and fear about whether we'll be penalised with demonitization or a channel ban.

Then, all the hard-work we put into creating something that we've obviously spent a lot of time and energy just goes to waste.

I'm keeping positive 😌 that Steemit will take-off and becomes the place where people can again make content the way they want to without worrying about all these nonsense that's happening at YouTube.
