Hi everyone!! Are you frustrated that your post is not getting upvotes. Even though your getting upvotes you are not earning single penny. Here's what your doing wrong .
Here are some tips to to get upvotes
- Start following people , what this will do is that they will in return follow you back and whenever you post something it will be shown on their feed thereby increasing chances of getting upvotes .
- Join community on Facebook , telegram in which all steemit user are there . Ask them to upvote each other's post and comment their opinions about the post . Try to connect with as much people ask you can and day by day you will see your upvotes are increasing.
Now here comes the question why are you not earning even though you have many upvotes .
See this is how it works - More than the number of upvotes , who upvotes your post matters . If a person who has zero steem balance in this account you will not earn anything on the other side if someone who has hundreds of dollars in their account upvotes you will thus get some dollars.So try to Target whales and get their attention towards you. Post good quality content and be persistent.If possible load some steem currency in your account it will definitely make the things faster.

Just a simple correction, the upvote value depends on SP (steem power) not on the steem balance. Great post anyway! Upvoted and also following you now.
