The difference is this one picks someone who is almost there and just seends them the rest of the steem they need to get to 500.
The @minnowbuilder Is a long term project that will offer support to redfish based on their level of sp.
The goal is over a period of time to build them up from redfish to minnow.
The first project is just starting this week and already has turned 3 accounts into minnow.
The second is in the planning stages as a branch off of the @pifc project.
There are a very few minnow building projects floating around the platform.
