Although I am not that into technical analysis, I must admit that the Steem $1 dollar line looks pretty strong and resilient, and this could be a good entry point. Time will tell: Time is after all the best experimental design in the world!
The addition of Smart Media Tokens (SMT) could potentially be a game changer, and could tick the box of some sort of ‘external revenue’ that could capture more Y% of the value X the Steem blockchain creates as I wrote about in the post Peter Thiel: Competition Is For Losers!.

Steem has an excellent potential to be a very valuable cryptocurrency very soon because it is backed by a dynamic community on Steemit..
When you try to predict how much a cryptocurrency will be in the future, you have to see the history of the currency and also what it has to offer..
The advantage of Steem is that you can power up your Steem to gain more Steem Power and earn more rewards when you upvote posts and comments on the platform..

I noticed that as well with Steem not really coming far under the 1 dollar line. Once SMT's are coming out it might indeed bring Steem up by a few dollars (or more). But personally I want to split my coins as much as possible ^.^
Split coins? Being diversified is always a key. Do you have some favourite coins if I may ask:)?
My main investment is going into Bitshares and EOS, still slowly building the stack up but it's where I still see the most potential. I've got a little bit into THC and a gaming coin (which I forgot the name of :P).
I also like BTS and EOS. They seem to buy 'underpriced' if there is even such a phenomena in the crypto space.

Perhaps, you are right. Impossible to predict the correct price of a blockchain anyway. Honestly, I would not mind Steem 0.5 for a while to buy more.

You may also want to buy some golos (russian steem fork). It's cheap as shit and the price hasn't had any pumps. I think it's good to hold some ^__^
Yes, I did have some Golos, but I sold them and turned them into Steem:) Perhaps, I should buy some Golos again.

Hi, sounds like a cool strategy! Personally, I do not really trade much, but I change SBD into Steem when the Steem price is low as today. I do power up my Steem, so changing Steem back to SBD is not that easy...
