I have noticed a bit of a trend around steemit and just felt I should contribute a bit of my own knowledge on the matter. I used to do a lot of heavy curation as a business practice and in that time I've managed to wrap my head around it pretty well so if anyone can get a bit of help from this post I'm very happy to put it up.
