Asides from Helsing there are other few reputable whales who take it upon themselves to protect the community from collapsing or from getting completely raped. Though I frown that the resources used in battles like this would've paid off better if used in curating contents and supporting the community at large.
However, I support the fact that they do something about the excessive raping than keep quiet, in other to see if the battered image of the community can be redeemed.
This would leave them all free to use 99% of their power as they choose.
