dude, I told you already. Comment on others posts with relevant content. Go to news and comment 250 times a day. You will get visibility ;)

No, I think, this is ok. As long as you give good content in your blog and people benefit from your knowledge and experience! And as long as you give nice or helpful feedback to other people's posts, the least of them will be annoyed if you ask for attention and feedback.
What is really annoying are replies like: "Nice photos! Would you look at my photos? Please follow upvote and reesteem!" - and you feel this person did not even look at your post properly.

But sometimes the posts go unnoticed because we are still a newbie. So might be out of frustration we want some recognition from the expereienced guys.
