I have always wondered why the largest steem holder does not vote. Account @steemit has 15 times more SP than the @ned (stands in second place).
On the site www.steemdollar.com i saw that one of its voice will be worth $ 3,340. If he voted 20 times a day, users will get 67 thousand dollars.
So why is this account is inactive? Steemit users would be happy if he began to vote.

That account is used only for funding the starting SP of new users and salaries of employees, expansion, servers, website maintenance and other administrative stuff like that.
