@crypto.piotr the rewards from their post ill go to their account and help them build more features like they have introduced a voting service and another service which enables a post to get votes also after 7 days. @knircky may be help to anser your question more precisely.

The upvotes aren't an issue as the community portion of a Bounty is so small. The part that matters is your votes which directs 95% of the bounty. I use steem-bounty all the time with @pifc posts and have been since the start.
