Well - you have bittrex - where you can trade STEEM into btc and btc into USDT, that's as close as we have right now, but there isn't a STEEM-USD option as to date, I guess it's just not so simple to create and operate an exchange, especially when you plan USD to be a legit currency in this exchange.
