Yo, so I love drinking a lot. I’m not an alcoholic by any means but I did the whole State college, fraternity thing where drinking was acceptable Sunday-Sunday. 7 days a week.
Now that I’m in the real world, I’m interested to hear about what you guys think about drinking?
I have some huge goals that I want to achieve in my life and it’s going to take some financial horsepower to achieve them. Sometimes bad things happen when I drink. Nothing crazy, just a hangover that knocks me off the path I enjoy being on.
It goes like this: M-Friday insane grind. Everything is going well! Gym, working, improving.
Friday Night: Friends, bars, girls, fun.
Saturday Morning--Recovery. Bad food. Nausea, Upset Stomach, ...you know the rest
Saturday Night- Casual drinks.
Sunday--Collective drinking takes its toll. Feel tired and out of it.
Monday- Attempt to reassemble routine.
How do you deal with drinking and maintaining momentum in all areas of your life.
I think moderation is probably a good first step...
Personally, I drink about twelve beers a year. I enjoy it, but not enough to spend a significant amount of money on it. Usually happens in conjunction with an easy shooting day, which hasn't happened in a while because shooting is another expensive hobby that's been put aside lately to focus on buying a house.
@nateonsteemit What are your opinions on the latest tragedy in the US? Gun law reform?
Not many opinions. I try not to have those.
Any immoral legislation is ignored, as rights and morality are not a legal matter. There's a higher power than the laws of man, and that's what I strive to live by. All I ask is that that be respected, but that's too much to ask of a system that is powered in any way by democracy.
Where are you from?
@nateonsteemit Florida.
Oh man, you guys are having a hard go of it, huh?
Honestly, I halfway hope it happens. I wanna see what happens and give my friends a little more crap for getting the orange wizard and his friends into office. Gun confiscation might wake more people up.
