Wow so basically keep the money and power with the same people who've always had the money and power. The same industry that lobbied for marijuana's prohibition. Finally it's to the point where they fall under the strategy, "if you can't beat them join them", or in this case become them and siphon off the profits. Hopefully the right to distribute is expanded.
