@rulesforrebels theft of your content and reposting without any source attribution (you) is plagiarism. Even if he copied it word for word and gave source attribution it's still plagiarism, and I know it's something STEEM-cleaners does take seriously. Generally they wil flag the post before payout to eliminate any rewards and/or lock down their rep score.
Have you tried messaging someone on Steemit Abuse and/or STEEM Cleaners on Steemit.chat? If not, I would encourage you to do so ASAP.
