This has been going on for months now, don't use polo ,stick to bittrex instead

no its not lost, just open a ticket and provide all transaction info from blockchain here and they will credit it!
I mean, I bought the steem but I can transfer it out of polo.... which basically means its sitting on polo and i can't touch it
You can sell it for any other coin, transfer to bittrex and then buy steem
