We recently came across an issue that said "Bandwidth limit Exceeded." This happened to almost everyone with equal to or less than 500 SP.
It was very much Unexpected to see this notification.
Biggest reason for this issue was the Steem Power.
As we were having our conversation in the Discord servers, there were many users concerning this issue. No one expected nor had the idea as to why this was happening. As said earlier the issue persisted to anyone below 500 sp. Other reason could be the value of Steem and Sbd decreasing. It was below $0.9 and now seems to be going up.
Your steemit activity effects your Bandwidth limits. And the best way to check this is by going to Steemd. This website has recently been update to show your bandwidth usage to stay up with the current issue.(I tried a 100% upvote and it took 1% of my bandwidth usage.) The website will show you a bar with the bandwidth usage.

Go to https://steemd.com/@manishmike10. (Replace the username with yours)
This can help you track your Usage so that you do not run this issue again. It is better to keep track of your usage.

Shaitaan ki baat, shaitaan haazir...the moment i talked of Bandwidth...and the next comment shows me you have reached the limit...But luckily i had some payout yet to redeem (small although) that charged it back to 30%...i think it recharges itself in few hours only as i watched it increase in few minutes...
Ha! I had just posted a big WTF!? post about this. Over 300% negative bandwith suddenly happened to me... which makes no sense. I'd done like 2 follows and 2 upvotes in the last hour.
How long did it take for you to get your bandwidth back? I am having the same problem.

Thank you for this post! I wonder. does the bandwidth replenish like the voting power does? Or it resets to 100% at certain intervals? I would appreciate if someone could answer.

I just ran into this situation today. Being a newbie, I've read lots of posts and clicked on all the support sites I had seen, and knew I had seen bandwidth on one of them, but, unfortunately, I failed to bookmark them as I found them, so, thanks again for helping me find https://steemd.com/ , and letting me comment what may be one of the longest runon sentences ever created! haha😃
