This specie of pawpaw germinated and grew behind our guest room window. We've never seen the type before. It became totally yellow at some point. I plucked two of the pawpaw, cut it to eat but found out it wasn't sweet at all with little or no seed inside it.
My husband concluded that maybe it's not meant for consumption and i wonder how would God create this beauty of a fruit
and we cannot eat it.
The sayings goes, prevention is better than cure. We took our eyes off it and one day there was a heavy wind that blew and broke the tree scattering all the fruits on the floor. That was the end of the pawpaw but i didn't uproot the remaining stem, hoping it will grow again. Then i can now research about it.
