Can you also explain this: "The newer and more interesting is your post, the higher max upvote you can get from @tipU" - so if you use @tipU faster after posting you can get a bigger upvote? And how do you decide if a post is interesting? Thanks @cardboard!

Yes:) the payment - upvote ratio is still 1:2 but new post can get max 24 SBD upvote, and old post 6 SBD upvote for example.

And how do you decide if a post is interesting?

Number of comments :) users engage in good content so they leave comments, that's the idea anyway.
