Wow, this type of stuff is bullshit! Its almost worst than big tech because now anyone who has money can silence those who don't. This is obviously going to be an issue as steemit gets more popular so I hope there is a solution. You should definitely report it to @steemcleaners. Sorry to hear this shit is happening to you friend. Hopefully you can figure this out.
Well, it's not so much "happening to me" as it is to the Steemit community.
Reputation score is meaningless here, as currently constituted and that hurts the entire platform and everyone who is using it the way it should be used.
The @bloom character needs to be reigned in by regulations designed to forced users to be PROVIDERS OF VALUE before they can downvote the content of others, or something. LIMITS can and should be established to the amount of downvoting any individual can do, and/or that they can do against a single other user.
That is an excellent idea to put in place to protect real content creators who are beneficial to the platform. Have you tried to contact any of the top 20 witnesses to discuss some ideas and your situation?
