It was a site that you can quickly see the cost of 1 SBD to 1 USD (or any other currency). It was a quick way to see what the conversion was. There are other sites but it only gives you the Bitcoin - SBD.

Probably a technical problem, maybe the server has not withstood the rising demands of the growing steem community?
