I think your final estimates are off a bit. If all the ice melted on the planet, the sea would only rise a little more than 200 feet. Check out the animation:

yeah because this is not an estimation , The images of this is projected simulation modelling for a hypothetical sea-level rise is calculated by 0 +100+100+100+100 meters with a linear projection of sea level rise .
water is a molecule of h2o as all we know , Atmospheric pressure and Vapor–liquid equilibrium has no fixed point, as elevation increases, there is less overlying atmospheric mass, so that atmospheric pressure decreases with elevation . the state from solid to liquid and vise versa is depends at atmospheric pressure . you can boil water in 50" Celsius if you lower the air pressure

Got it. Just a model if there were that much water on the planet. Cool.
