we so need more dolphins, a massive school of awesome dolphins that are actively engaged on the platform. And not just tiny dolphins like me. This is something that needs to be tackled, however growing awesome dolphins (with long term vision) is not that easy. We have load of help and support for redfish from the minnows, and minnows are supporting smaller minnows, but there are feck all people/programs available to new dolphins. Its like when you reach that status, support gets cut. Its something I am very conscious of, and it actually ties in with retention. Hopefully I will be publishing a few ideas around this topic soon.
