As expected, the charts below show much less activity on July 3th due to the downtime of the Steem blockchain yesterday. No new blocks were added to the blockchain between and 00:46 and 07:44 UTC.
Fortunately, the Steemit development team did a great job by quickly identifying the cause and issuing a patch.

8. Steem Price Update
Hmmm that's a pretty big drop in the number of posts made
correction, not posts made, votes made. could be more bullish. less vote bots.

Where do you see growth? As of the beginning of 2018 I only see a decrease of the community.
New Accounts registration needs much improvement...Many are waiting to get their account approved for weeks.
It looks like activity was rising before the outage and this may be due to the improved steem price. I'm seeing that fluctuating depending on whether spurious data from Bithumb is included.
I think we have to wait for hf20 before recruitment and marketing kick off
The dip doesn't look that big.
Another 20k Steem sold (@cdec84) by a Steemit or Steemit related account. They keep selling while no one knows why they keep selling. I still have a bit of an awkward feeling about this.
