I got 861 on the secondary market but that’s not necessarily the number I’d want for 2019. So does proof of ownership have any effect? Or do I just wait for Saturday and take my chances? TLI5.

    Proof of ownership just guarantees you that same number. Once all P.O.O. are complete then it will be a random selection.
