Hi @raisedinphilly, I just took a look at your transactions and it appears that you might not have put your bittrex trading account code in the the memo field before sending.

I think the best follow up would be to send them an email outlining what has happened. As you should be able to prove that you own both accounts, I can't imagine they will take issue with putting in your trading account manually.
