I'm also a Newbie, but I hope I can help you nevertheless...

• The very first thing for me is to understand Saeemit from begin to end.. I realized thats not so easy, but as more I understand as more do I hav fun.
• get involved!!! Have a look at the discord app.. you can get there in contact to other Steemians!
• comment and reply the comments
• make sure to use your 10 upvotes a day
• increase your steempower (maybe with buying STEEM, maybe using your SBD)
• Follow people you like and interact with them

Once again: I'M new, too. But I feel thats the right way to get to success...🤗
