I cant say for sure but prettt sure the 970 is close to the 1050 in terms of hashrate, so approximately 1 a day (a little less right now because difficulty is up currently)

I see. So it seems mining either bitcore or zcash doesn't make a big difference. For some reason, following this tutorial, I get an error (illegal memory access) every few minutes, and mining stops. =( I've asked the author of the video about it, so I hope he can help.
What would you recommend mining - bitcore or zcash? I am really in two minds here...

No worries. I actually found one myself, and I still get the same error. Doesn't seem to be a common error either, I can't find anything on it. Back to mining bitcoin with Nicehash, I guess
