    Curating is just the simple act of reading through new content on the site, finding what you like and think will be popular, and upvoting it. You can also downvote (or "flag") content that you think is offensive, plagiaristic, or otherwise inappropriate.

    If you vote early enough on a post that goes on to become very popular and get a large payout, you will get a small portion of a payout yourself for helping to "curate" i.e. discover that content for others to see.
