I am not a expert but as i am where only for one week... soo basically you will get paid 7 days after your first post for original content!!! Try to make your blog personal and more important dont copy anything, as this social network have mechanisms to catch plagiarism and fraud!! Try to involve and get gmfollowers with people with the same interest than you.
